Tell Welsh Water I am moving


If you are an existing customer, you are moving, and you will still be responsible for the Welsh Water bill, then let us know. If you are not an existing customer then you’ll need to complete our Moving In process to create an account.

You can only let us know on or after the day you became responsible for the bill (the day you completed the purchase or tenancy agreement).

To complete this form you will need

  • Your Welsh Water account reference number This can be found in the top right corner of your bill, on your My Account dashboard, or the reference on your payment if you pay by direct debit.
  • Move date You can only let us know on or after the day of your move
